Yes — for custom design clients. In-person consultations are available by appointment in the Los Angeles area. Virtual consultations via video call are available for all clients regardless of location. Reach out via the form above to book either.
Ready-to-ship studs can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition. Custom pieces are made to order and are non-refundable once production begins — though we work closely with you at every stage to ensure you love the result before we start. Select "Order & Shipping" above and message us to initiate a return.
Ready-to-ship studs are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Domestic orders (US) arrive in 3–5 business days via insured courier. International shipping is 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs. All orders include tracking and insurance.
Yes — chemically, optically, and physically identical. Lab-grown diamonds have the same carbon structure, the same hardness (10 Mohs), the same refractive index (2.417), and the same certification as mined diamonds. The only difference is origin — ours are grown in a lab, conflict-free, with ~90% lower carbon footprint. Visit our Education page for a full breakdown.
