Pricing

Lifetime care is available for every piece made by Don Key. Repairs, stone replacement or resizing are quoted separately, and we always ask before doing any extra work.
We recommend shipping to us with tracking and insurance. Have your serial number handy; it's on the spec card in your box.

How often should I send my piece in?
For everyday studs and pendants, once a year keeps prongs secure and the stone bright. Clean at home between visits with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush.
Is lifetime care really for life?
Yes. As long as the piece was made by Don Key, you can book a care service any time, as often as you like.
What if something needs repair?
If we find a loose or damaged prong, a missing back or anything beyond a standard service, we'll email you a quote first. Nothing extra happens without your OK.
Can I drop it off in person?
Local to LA? Book a consult and we'll set a time for drop-off on Hill Street. The service fee still applies, minus return shipping if you pick it up.
