- A close-up of the problem: the break, the loose stone, the worn prong.
- A close-up of any stamp inside (14K, 585, 750, PT950).
- For sizing, tell us your current and new size.
- Any jewelry. We repair gold, platinum and silver pieces from any brand, not just Don Key.
- Shipping is on you. You ship to us insured and tracked; insured return shipping is added to your invoice.
- Final price after inspection. If we find something the photos didn't show, we tell you before any work starts.
- Plated or costume pieces may not be repairable. We'll tell you in your quote.
- Stones stay yours. We can also replace missing stones with natural or lab-grown diamonds.

How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the piece and the work. You get a free quote from your photos, and a final price after we inspect it in person. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Who pays for shipping?
You do, both ways. Ship it to us insured and tracked, and insured return shipping is added to your repair invoice.
Do you repair jewelry from other brands?
Yes. We repair gold, platinum and silver jewelry from any brand.
How long does a repair take?
Your quote includes the turnaround. Simple jobs like sizing and clasps are usually the fastest.
